Lynn Chrostolin – APRN, FNP-BC

Biography

Lynn is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Wound Care and Dermatology. She is a native of Florida wand stayed for her community and wonderful weather.

She started her path in the field of medicine where she was a Registered Nurse for 6 years in the various areas such as acute care, home health and hospice. This is where she realized that she liked helping people on a higher level. It was there that she experienced intriguing things and wanted to further her education. She received her Bachelor of Science and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida. She furthered her studies with a Post-Graduate Certification as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner.

One of her strengths is excellent communication skills. Effective communication helps the provider convey complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner. Another strength is patience and attentiveness. Good providers must be patient listeners, giving ample time to patients to express their concerns and ask questions.

Known for her empathy, compassion, and reliability, Lynn prioritizes her patients’ physical and emotional well-being. She focuses on providing dependable care during their most vulnerable times in their lives.
